Hello World: INIT Brings Tech Experts Face-to-Face

The INIT conference gathered thousands of IT experts making it a standout among major European tech conferences. With 17 speakers from around the world delivering 15 talks, we gained insights into cutting-edge and educational IT topics.

The range of topics was vast and diverse. Every session was fully attended, from clean architecture and functional programming to artificial intelligence, microservices, and cloud technologies, confirming the organizers’ successful content selection for this year’s conference.

During breaks, we had the opportunity to connect with many IT companies that sponsored the conference. Fourteen sponsors had booths where we could learn more about the companies, their work environments, ongoing projects, and future plans, making sure we’re all on the right track in IT trends and market behavior. We also made initial contacts with potential future employees, fulfilling one of the conference’s key goals—to enhance career advancement opportunities for its participants.

Aside from networking and learning, the happiest visitor went home with a scooter won in a raffle. With strong support from numerous sponsors, including HTEC Group, ProductDock, and many others, and building on the conference’s theme “Say Hello World In Person,” INIT was a reminder of the value of face-to-face interactions in the tech community. We are already looking forward to the next INIT conference.
